The location is good, the room is clean, and the breakfast is delicious with coffee, toast, and cereals included.

The place was clean and we loved standard king room. Welcoming and polite staff, gave a lot of tourist information.

Definitely, there was breakfast missing, we were a little disappointed.

the location was marvellous and easy - ease of access to an anglo-catholic church. appreciated the good area. they gave us cheap double room with private toilet. having a safe box, central heating and an electronic key card was very convenient.

The hotel had an amazing location minutes from Victoria. The room was well decorated, it had a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets.

Had a decent experience staying at the standard twin room. Open bathroom was nice. The location was marvellous and fantastic, the staff was COURTEOUS. In the evening we went to The Pimlico Grid, located relatively close to the hotel.

This place is quiet and nice, with a convenient location just 20 km from London City airport and plenty of delicious food options.

Location

The room was to small for two people and the wardrobe was broken. The bathroom was very litle and the water was always too cold to have a shower with confort every morning. The heater inside the room sometimes made loud noises during the night, making it impossible to sleep well. Room cleaning was not done properly - one night when we came back to the hotel at 8 pm, our beds were still undone. The breakfast was poor.

The staff team was super friendly and outstandingly accommodating at any time. the hotel was in a central setting, close to the nearest underground station. - Saint Saviour Pimlico was within walking distance. - the food was fabulous, I liked it.

It is really cheap to stay in considering it is near victoria station.

The room and the toilet was super tiny, after the toilet door is opened, there is no space to walk around the room, the bed was very dirty, I supposed the bedsheets are not change after every visitors. I don't think I will be back for this hotel, even though it was cheap, the hygiene of the hotel is too bad.
